KZO Sea Farms Africa (the Company) was formed to develop a Seaplant and Shellfish Mariculture Industry in ocean waters offshore African coastal nations for mitigating local and global food shortages and malnutrition. It also intends to establish export markets for African sustainable seafood products combined with decarbonization strategies for combating climate change.
Sea Farms (KZO) USA, developed a submersible cage for fish farming with engineering support from the School of Marine Science and Ocean Engineering at the University of New Hampshire and ISCO Industries. The Company has partnered with Ocean Aero Inc. (OA) which has developed a dualmodal and environmentally friendly solar and wind powered Generation III Triton Autonomous Underwater and Surface Vehicle (AUSV) to support the ocean and carbon monitoring program.
Ocean Aero has created the world’s first and only environmentally powered Autonomous Underwater and Surface Vehicle (AUSV), the TRITON, that collects ocean data both above and below the ocean’s surface and relays it to you from anywhere, at anytime. We design, build, and operate the TRITON, offering both ready-to-deploy packages and custom payloads for an array of applications. Ocean Aero brings the ocean and its data to you, with novel hardware and software that is revolutionizing maritime exploration.

Donna Lanzetta is an attorney and entrepreneur with a passion for sustainable seafood production. Motivated by a concern for our world’s growing population, our fixed/declining wild fish stocks, and the urgent need to feed our burgeoning numbers, Manna Fish Farms is currently pursuing offshore permits to operate open ocean fish farms in Federal waters. In NY, Manna’s preferred site is 8.6 miles off the coast of Eastern Long Island, and in FL, benthic surveys are completed identifying a preferred site 23 miles off the coast of Pensacola Beach, Florida.
The Manna Fish Farms team and collaborators include experienced farmers, marine biologists, top scientists, ocean and electrical engineers, along with numerous educational institutions and universities. Manna is supported by sustainable aquaculture supporting state, federal, and municipal political representatives. Manna Fish Farms, Inc. is the proud recipient of capital match grants from NYS Governor Cuomo’s LI Regional Economic Development Council as part of the New York Empire State Development Program.
Ms. Lanzetta received her J.D. from Pace University School of Law, and her undergraduate degree in Business Marketing/Management from LIU-Southampton College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. It is the plan of Donna Lanzetta and her company Manna Fish Farms, Inc. to operate transparently as they explore new models for ocean farming, and as they build their land-based operations and integrate submersibility, automation, new feed compositions, renewable energy and more into the Manna Fish Farms offshore farms.
